What if the traveler cancels?
There are two scenarios:
- When the traveler cancels within 3 days before the date of the tour, the paid amount will not be refunded. The local guide will be fully compensated.
- When the traveler cancels more than 3 days before the date of the tour, the paid amount will be refunded (excluding transaction fees). In this case, the local guide will not be compensated.
What if the local guide cancels?
When your local guide cancels, we will always try our best to find another suitable local guide for your tour. In case we cannot find one, the full paid amount will be refunded to your account.
