What if the traveler cancels?

If the traveler cancels within 5 days before the date of the tour, the paid amount will not be refunded. The local guide will be fully compensated for blocking his/her agenda.

If the traveler cancels more than 5 days before the date of the tour, the paid amount will be refunded. In this case, the local guide will not be compensated.

What if the local guide cancels?

If the local guide cancels, the paid amount will always be refunded.

We will always try the best we can to find a like-minded local for the tour you have booked.

What if my local guide does not show up?

We do everything within our power to prevent these situations from happening. However, we do not have control over the actions of our local guides. Local guides who do not show up at a booked tour are immediately removed from our platform.

Our policy is to pay locals their earnings 48 hours after the tour, so please let us know as soon as possible your local guide did not show up. Otherwise, we might transfer money to a local guide who did not earn it.
