What you will experience
Want to see the most well known places in Warsaw at one time? Are you used to walking a lot? Want to discover more unique things than you learn in guidebooks? Try my tour!
First, we will walk through Warsaw's Old Town, but did you know it is only 50 years old? After World War II it was proudly and laboriously reconstructed to its present form. In 1980 it was placed on the UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites. We will see the the best-known and most beautiful buildings in the city, such as the Palace of Culture and Science, which was a gift from the Soviet people to the Poles.
Then, we will try to find the best place to chill: Is it somewhere near the Royal Route or maybe on the boulevards? I will tell you about the tragic history of Warsaw during the WWII and show you some wonderful nature. Do you want to know more about Warsaw legends like the Mermaid or Golden duck?
Lastly, we will visit the Presidential Palace (Polish: Pałac Prezydencki), which is the official residence of the Polish head of state. I will show you the Royal Łazienki Gardens and prove that history and present are intertwined to create an irresistible mix. No time to waste! :)
