Why Liliana recommends this viewpoint
Tired of the busy Paris? Go to a small town in the suburbs of Paris, called Auvers-sur-Oise.
Just go grab your public transport ticket to Auvers-sur-Oise. It's 1h30 from central Paris. Once you've arrived, you'll be amazed by how things are so different from the city. You can get a map with hotspots to discover at the Tourism Office. Think of the church that inspired Monsieur Van Gogh, the Townhall building, Château d’Auvers, Van Gogh's last appartement that became a museum, and the tomb of Van Gogh and his brother beside him.
The town is pretty small. You'll spent about 2 hours walking to cover it. I bet you'll snap many pictures in every corner of the town. Yes, i'm talking to you "instagramable" seekers!
So, what are you waiting for? Just leave the busy Paris life for a day and enjoy the beautiful view à la campagne française!
