Barcelona tips
1. What are the best local dishes?
Your favourite place to eat: It is very difficult to choose a place to eat in Rome, for the variety of wonderful foods that can be found. From Pizza to Pasta, from Tiramissu to Gelato, passing to Panna Cotta, the possibilities are endless. Undoubtedly, the best place to eat Gelato in Rome is the "Gelateria Giolitti", well known by tourists. Another well-known-place, but not so much, is "Pompi", where you can eat the best tiramissu in the world, in my opinion. Worth a try. For pizza, my favorite pizzeria is in the heart of Trastevere and is called "Dar Poeta": it is impossible to regret it. Eat without guilt. In relation to Pasta, another place that tourists love for being very economical is the "Take-away" Pastificio Guerra, where one can eat pasta and drink wine for only 4 euros near Piazza di Spagna. But attention, a tip: they only give you the wine if you ask for it and consume it inside the place! If, instead, who is passing through Rome is looking for a more traditional restaurant, just go into some Trattoria and ask for some indication (In the neighborhood "Monti" there are many). For who is a vegetarian, I'd recommend some dish with artichoke. But not forget to also try Mozzarela, you will eat crying with such joy!! For those who eat meat, instead, you should definitely order a Carbonara.
2. What are the best local drinks?
Your favourite local drink: I can say Red Wine. But first comes the coffee. I can't live without coffee. And I LOVE coffee
