1. What are the best local dishes?
The exqueixada de Bacalao is a traditional Catalunian sea food. It is a delicious marinated cod tartare served with tomatoes, paprika and olives and sometimes with tuna and anchovies.
2. What are the best local dishes?
A meat dish that i love is Fricandó. It is beef filet cooked in a special sauce made by local mushrooms, pinenuts, white wine and tomatoes and served with a bit of rice or fried potatoes.
